Great service from start to finish.

Helpful throughout. Windows and door fitted well. Only a couple of minor issues, corner joints on the small window could be neater and the door handle is a little stiff to operate. neither annoying enough to put in a complaint about. The other issue is the level of the Bifold doors, we wanted the threshold to be as close to floor level as possible and the fitter has overdone it by a few mm. We have got over the problem by grinding the floor slab down at each end where it ran up slightly. This just allows the vinyl floor tiles to sit one or two mm below the frame. Had we been using thicker flooring we would have had to have the frame raised which would have been a problem. This could have been avoided if the fitter had asked us to verify the level was correct before final fixing the frame.

Turned up to the house no hassle asked what I wanted set a date to have my windows installed job done and at a reasonable price thanks Keith.

Weep vents in windows were not finished to a suitable standard. Had to repeatedly chase for the issue to be sorted, also had to chase a receipt for payment and certass certificate details.

John was fast, efficient and exceptionally tidy throughout the whole installation.

Our fitting was subbed out to a contractor. We have large gaps around several of the installations and have been waiting 4 weeks for the completion of the work. Our calls for management to visit the house and view the work has not materialised and the unfinished standard is poor. Such force was used to remove some front windows that huge cracks have appeared leaving a huge entrance for cold air and leaks.
