I’ve been super impressed by BWM from start to finish. All of the individuals that I have come into contact with from the salesman, Kevin Duggan, Louise Stone who co-ordinates the fitting; and especially the fitters have provided exceptional service and excellent customer care. Fundamentally, the windows look amazing and have transformed part of our home. They were fitted most efficiently, with very little disruption or decorative damage being caused. I’d say BWM are at the top of their game!

My only point would be that the blinds/curtains were not replaced, I did this myself but for someone without the knowledge or tools it might be an issue. The windows and doors and fantastic.

An absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We could not be happier with the way we were dealt with.

nice clean job, the men were great and installed all the windows in a day, ensuring they were all well sealed up around the edges. Used dust sheets. Removed existing windows without breaking the glass, took away the waste. Preserved the wall paper nicely and added trims where appropriate.

Very pleased with the quality and fit of the windows. Communication could have been better and we needed to chase to find out when the job would be complete. Have used twice now and have been happy with the work. Would recommend.

Great product and installation but customer service not the best. Very attentive until I paid the deposit and then no contact. I had to ring every time for updates on when the windows and doors would be made and installed and to ask for installation date. Not once from deposit to installation did they ring me. As soon as installation had been carried out (4 months later) they suddenly were ringing me sometimes twice a day until I had paid. Good after care with door sticking.

The only issue was the constant demand of the final payment before the job was completed, even though the contract noted full payment on completion.

The service and product provided are exceptional. The team at BWM are attentive, supportive and care for the customer, the service and product they provide is top notch.

Although the was a long delay for the product – the installation and quality were outstanding and we love our new windows.

The first two fitters that were sent to my property did such an appalling job that although the staff at BWM listened to me and did their best to rectify the problems and apologised, I unfortunately couldn’t recommend them.

Contractor was faced with difficulties due to Covid restrictions but the project was delayed and this reflected in the marks and they had to come back to deal with an issue on installation. However customer care was some of the best I have come across.

Visited the showroom to see the product, and they were helpful and relaxed – easy to talk to. A visit was arranged to measure up for an initial quotation, and the man too was easy to talk to, with no pressure applied. Pleased with the job and found it good value for money. I would be happy to recommend to others based on our experience.

The installation was a disaster. The workmanship was appalling- they even damaged the door frame on installation. It took TWO on site surveys by BWM to convince them that I had a problem and we have had 5 months of stress with BWM Windows. Being in our late seventies we could really have done without it.

The quote was competitive, the sales team efficient, the survey done in exceptional detail and the install team were careful, considerate and professional. Added to that, the install was done 1 month ahead of schedule. I would have no hesitation in recommending BWM to anyone.

Due to the difficult period of Covid it was difficult to select different elements of the installation, however we did manage to visit the showroom with an arranged appointment. The fitting was surveyed and all elements were discussed clearly and friendly, prior to installation ..Fitting went without any complications and the installation was highly satisfactory.BWM stated that I would receive a certificate from y Certass but I have not to my Knowledge , received one.

The team from BWM worked hard and efficiently, keeping our needs in mind. Their timekeeping was impeccable and they left our house in a tidy condition and damage to decor was minimal, much less than we expected. From quotation to completion of installation the staff were helpful, polite and effective.

I would have given this 10 but there has been damaged to the fanlight and the full installation took longer than expected. Customer service has been good in dealing with the matter and the installers did a very good job.
