We were disappointed with the length of time it took to deal with an after sales query. Otherwise we were very happy with the service. We understand that the after sales query should be resolved soon, but it is 5 months since the query was raised.

Really pleased with the quality and installation of our windows. Aside from a delayed start date, the rest of the schedule was kept and the workmen were professional and tidy in their work. After the initial meeting with representative and booking in the job, it was quite difficult to get responses from the customer services team, either by email or by phone, so this is something BWM could look to improve upon.

We are overall satisfied with the quality and performance of the windows installed.
We would like to point out we came back to BWM following previous work they had provided for us.
However the experience this time was not of the same standing. The process felt disjointed: between the initial contact for pricing, the quote and first survey we had to repeatedly chase to ensure the next step would happen. This was at odd with what was told to us, e.g. that the sales person would get in touch with office and office would arrange with us the engineer survey.
The installation got cancelled once, which can happen, but reorganising another date felt last minute and our constraints not acknowledged.
An issue with expanding foam resulted in heater and wall being spoiled, without remedial.

An absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We could not be happier with the way we were dealt with.

nice clean job, the men were great and installed all the windows in a day, ensuring they were all well sealed up around the edges. Used dust sheets. Removed existing windows without breaking the glass, took away the waste. Preserved the wall paper nicely and added trims where appropriate.

Friendly, considerate and helpful service. And so far the double glazing seems to make a real difference.

Great product and installation but customer service not the best. Very attentive until I paid the deposit and then no contact. I had to ring every time for updates on when the windows and doors would be made and installed and to ask for installation date. Not once from deposit to installation did they ring me. As soon as installation had been carried out (4 months later) they suddenly were ringing me sometimes twice a day until I had paid.

Very pleased with the quality and fit of the windows. Communication could have been better and we needed to chase to find out when the job would be complete. Have used twice now and have been happy with the work. Would recommend.

The surveyor was helpful and nice, advising that some windows the the house didn’t need replacing. However, as per the hosing regulation at the time of quote, they should have considered the age and layout of the house w.r.t. vents being installed and this was not the case which was disappointing as I should not have to be familar in regulations to ensure I get the best possible product.

Furthermore communication logistics-wise was very lacking, and disorganised without citing all examples.

Workmanship was messy as I had black marks in multiple walls in multiple rooms.

I’ve also just realised sealing has not been applied in a few areas, so I have to enquire with the vendor again for them to justify and/or rectify.

The only issue was the constant demand of the final payment before the job was completed, even though the contract noted full payment on completion.

Both the Company and it’s fitter were extremely good.
It’s early days but there have no problems or need for a call back to date.

I would definitely use the company again.

The service and product provided are exceptional. The team at BWM are attentive, supportive and care for the customer, the service and product they provide is top notch.

Although the was a long delay for the product - the installation and quality were outstanding and we love our new windows.

The first two fitters that were sent to my property did such an appalling job that although the staff at BWM listened to me and did their best to rectify the problems and apologised, I unfortunately couldn't recommend them.

Fantastic installation team-efficient, knowledgeable and tidy. Good communication from all members of the team for any queries. Very polite and happy to explain things. Would highly recommend.

We had issues with the mechanisms of the vertical sliders which the manufacturers eventually sorted by upgrading the balances and adding 'spacers' free of charge approximately 4 weeks after initial installation. The original balances and second replacement balances were of poor quality and didn't compare quality wise to any other Upvc sash window I had seen despite being told that they were the best on the market. Also some of the windows dropped at the top every time bottom sash was closed therefore not allowing it to lock.
The fitting by BWM on the whole was very good but they did damage stonework on window sills and there were areas on the Upvc that could have been filled/sealed tidier. We weren't reimbursed with any money for the damage or for any inconvenience caused.

Due to the difficult period of Covid it was difficult to select different elements of the installation, however we did manage to visit the showroom with an arranged appointment. The fitting was surveyed and all elements were discussed clearly and friendly, prior to installation ..Fitting went without any complications and the installation was highly satisfactory.
BWM stated that I would receive a certificate from y Certass but I have not to my Knowledge , received one.
