No problems with the door but the leadtime was much longer than we had hoped for!

They came to sort a concern very quickly when raised with them
Fitters were vert clean and tidy and polite

It took longer than originally suggested for the windows to be installed but now they have been installed we are very pleased with them

I would highly recommend this contractor for their customer service, the standard of workmanship, and the great experience we had with the installation of our doors. Hinson is a great company and we are delighted with our new doors.

The work took a year to get done.
I am guessing this was due to lack of materials. As we bought the property in October, we were not the original clients.
However, the work that has been done is great.

PROS: Excellent product and installation, super helpful and friendly people, good value.
CONS: Very long waiting times from payment of deposit (34 weeks). Although my understanding is they have struggled to find people with the necessary skills to join the team.

Brilliant workmanship and fantastic customer service. Hinson has the magical combination of everything a customer would ever want when selecting a contractor to complete a project.

The product was good but the installation was poor.
Several visits were required to get things cporrect.

Chris and the team did a great job on our new window. From the first point of contact right through to the final installation Hinson Custom Made were very attentive and thorough, the quality of workmanship is outstanding and I have already recommended them to other friends and family.

Hinson's did a great job at a competitive price. I am very satisfied with my windows and they tried very hard to get them as I wanted them to be. Only issue was how long it took between order and installation. That said it was worth the wait.

Hinson need to improve their customer servicing communication skills.
Specifically, messages left on voice mail to call back were not actioned.
Length of time from date of order to completion was unclear throughout contract.
Quality of bespoke product ordered & installed appears satisfactory, so far.

First class workmanship carried out in detail to our request. Informative at all stages clean and tidy. Polite helpful installation. Would and have recommend to others.
