Hinson’s did a great job at a competitive price. I am very satisfied with my windows and they tried very hard to get them as I wanted them to be. Only issue was how long it took between order and installation. That said it was worth the wait.

First class workmanship carried out in detail to our request. Informative at all stages clean and tidy. Polite helpful installation. Would and have recommend to others.

Hinson need to improve their customer servicing communication skills.Specifically, messages left on voice mail to call back were not actioned.Length of time from date of order to completion was unclear throughout contract.Quality of bespoke product ordered & installed appears satisfactory, so far.

Chris and the team did a great job on our new window. From the first point of contact right through to the final installation Hinson Custom Made were very attentive and thorough, the quality of workmanship is outstanding and I have already recommended them to other friends and family.

The work took a year to get done. I am guessing this was due to lack of materials. As we bought the property in October, we were not the original clients. However, the work that has been done is great.

PROS: Excellent product and installation, super helpful and friendly people, good value.CONS: Very long waiting times from payment of deposit (34 weeks). Although my understanding is they have struggled to find people with the necessary skills to join the team.
