The Accounts dept too hasty in sending out OVERDUE payment notice. Our work was only completed on a Monday. We paid all the money due in 2 instalments on Wednesday and Friday(due to bank maximum restriction) ,yet received the OVERDUE letter on the Saturday. The Accounts dept need to check the paperwork proir to sending letters to avoid causing offence.Point 2. Suitability. I realise its government rules now,but the trickle vents really do let in much more traffic noise,and i would think let out a small amount of heat. Rather counterproductive to insulation recommendations!

They went over and above, repairing the masonry to ensure a perfect finish.

Disappointed that the wrong glass was fitted to our bifold doors, but it took us to realise, and a surprisingly warm spell in the February that the glass may not have been performing as well as it should. Otherwise, it may have been later in the year before we had found out. I did query something at installation, and was immediately proven wrong. It was a pity that they hadn’t picked this up at the same time. Nonetheless, the issue was soon resolved, and the glass replaced the following week.

Would like it done with a target of 2 weeks, since I have already paid for the windows in full and I do not need to be on site for the finish, so return does not need a person to be at home. Very pleased with the installation of our new front door and rear doors. The installers were really excellent and nothing was too much trouble. There was a slight issue with the letterbox being not quite level. I offered to adjust it myself but they sent the guys out and sorted it for us very quickly. The front door looks great and is very high quality.

Whilst the work was completed to a high standard, we had to chase every step of the way. Even after paying our deposit, we were given no receipt and it was left for two weeks before we then chased them for an update. The workmanship standard was good, the customer service has room for improvement. The excuse given was that they were “very busy” which is not sufficient in my eyes when we were paying over £3000 for a professional service. Even on the last day the installer admitted that they had lost the invoice for the final amount due. Furthermore, our 16 month old daughter has been finding sharp bits of old window frame dotted around the garden for weeks.

They double checked all windows and sizes, and where they needed any confirmations.The only small problem was that one of the guys had walked in black plastic sealant and trod it into the cream carpet just before they were due to leave. He tried to get it out of the bedroom carpet, and told me about it, but it has left a permanent stain.

I had quite an exacting Secure by Design specification and both sales and surveyor were very helpful and gave good advice/made good research and enquiries on my behalf to help me meet that spec. Also a good job done on the day by friendly and helpful contractors. The glazing for the back door came as clear and not obscure (as ordered), but the error was rectified promptly and without fuss by a return visit within a couple of days. Overall pleased with the contractor.

This is hte second time we have used Seal Lite and both times their service, communication and standards have been excellent.

The original order was mislaid but when we asked about the reason for the delay the order was installed & so far we have very pleased with the door.

The fitters were lazy, work shy and arrogant. Over three quarters of the glazed units fitted were scratched or cracked and had to be replaced. After complaining about the poor fitters and voicing my disappointment with the faulty windows I did not even receive an apology. On a plus point the finished product is of good quality but this is not an experience I would wish to repeat.

Have used this company on four previous occasions over 13 years and have always been satisfied with the quality of products and service.

Overall I am happy with the purchase and would use their services again, however there is few small things that could have been done better in my opinion:1. I had to ask multiple times ( think I have sent about 5 emails to 2 different people) to get final invoice to be able to pay for the product.2. Final product was missing a spy hole, which we have asked for. It has been then installed at an extra charge.3. The spy hole fitment not done to the highest standard, a man installing it just eyeballed the drill position resulting in it not being straight.

There was quite a long wait between ordering and installation, but I was told of this in advance. When the day came, it was an extremely efficient installation; completed quickly but with competence. Had a very minor comment about the door closing and the installer was back within a couple of hours and resolved the issue – has been fine ever since. Very good quality door.

Good quality product, well fitted but some of the finishing and plastering could have been improved. Raised a concern after fitting about a small area of damage to the frame. Technician came out and took photos approximately three weeks ago, but still waiting for response.

Seal Lite have done a lot of work on our bungalow over the last 12 months and we are very happy with the windows & the service we have received.

Seal lite were very good at the planning stage & survey stage however, we had numerous problems with the products themselves as there was significant flexing to the glass panes in both sliding doors and a large window. After two attempts to replace these the final glass panels were substantial enough but it was a long process to get there. I also found several doors where there were draughts around the edges. All the fitters did a good job but I feel that maybe the service provided was not up to Seal lite standard which I have had in a previous house.

Gary and Brad were prompt, and courteous, tidying up each day, their workmanship without fault. A separate team fitted the patio door on a later date and I had to request someone return to seal a gap with a draft along the patio door. Both teams did leave a bit of a mess at the end – render splattered over several plants and the wheelie bins away from the fitting areas, many screws left behind (some on the drive where I park my car), bits of old sealant trodden into the concrete of the access ramp at the front. Overall happy with the experience.

I did not want a pvc/glass door for a number of reasons. My brother has a Solidor and is happy with it. I like the variety of doors available so we chose a close match to the existing door and screen! The door/screen appear to be high quality which was expected. The fitters did a first class job then cleared the site to our satisfaction. So nice to walk down the hallway and not have a wind blowing through the gaps!

We used Seal Lite for all windows and doors in the house; the fitters were excellent. The windows and doors are very good quality. Seal Lite responded quickly when we had a problem with a hinge and replaced it without any fuss. The 10 year guarantee is comforting. Based on this experience (4 years ago) we chose Seal Lite again to install windows when we did an extension.
