From the showroom visit to the installation being satisfactorily completed, everything went smoothly and to time.

The Accounts dept too hasty in sending out OVERDUE payment notice. Our work was only completed on a Monday. We paid all the money due in 2 instalments on Wednesday and Friday(due to bank maximum restriction) ,yet received the OVERDUE letter on the Saturday. The Accounts dept need to check the paperwork proir to sending letters to avoid causing offence.

Point 2. Suitability. I realise its government rules now,but the trickle vents really do let in much more traffic noise,and i would think let out a small amount of heat. Rather counterproductive to insulation recommendations!

Yes, would recommend with one caveat. Ensure any quotation, before acceptance has been vetted and agreed by the hierarchy.
Our original quote submitted by the salesman based on a visit and pictures taken. This was accepted. A few days later the sales manager rang to hike the price up. Stated it was to do with possible rendering problems that has not been taken into account. Declined to visit and relied solely on the pictures. We reluctantly accepted but it left a bad taste
The management apparently do not have faith in the salesman's quotes and should vet and agree all quotations before dispatch. Even more galling is the fact that the fitters found nothing untoward and the installation was straight forward.
Seal Lite can consider themselves fortunate that this order was not cancelled

The man that came to fit the door had problems rendering afterwards in a down pour and it didn’t dry and slid down the beautiful door and my wall but the very next day they sent another workman to fix it all perfectly. I would definitely recommend and use this company again. My door is lovely!

The chaps doing the job were fantastic. However I am annoyed that the colour matched render which was agreed in advance was forgotten meaning a different colour was used on the day leaving the house with mismatched ‘making good’ work.

I am still waiting for tiles to be replaced which were broken by the scaffolding people.

Very poor experience with delays, faulty/incorrect windows supplied twice.
Gutters were great but customer service very poor

Bit of a mix-up with the cat flap which was delivered to the factory a week before installation but which wasn't passed on to the fitters. Hence only rated 9 for customer service.

On the day of installation they arrived a little earlier than expected.

Service from start to finish was superb, nothing to much trouble.

The whole process was easy with good communication with the company. The two 'fitters' were excellent.

Amazingly helpful. I ordered the window 3 years ago and then had to wait for equity release to fulfil the order. They still had the details of the order and all went smoothly

Very friendly bunch of guys and nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure having them do the work in our house which took about ten days so they were here for a while!
When some of the large windows ‘dropped’ and started catching, they came out within days to fix it.
