The bolts for the door handle were too short. When tthe handle was used the following day, the whole thing fell off. We were unable to lock our door that night until the fitter came and replaced the bolts (admitting they were too short and not fif for purpose) Also the rubber seal was split. Both repairs however were done promptly.

The workmen who did the job were brilliant, doing everything as and when needed to a high standard. The planning and organisation by the company left a lot to be desired. We signed up for the work mid May and were told to expect the work to start at the end of June and to take about 5-6 weeks but is didn’t start until 2nd September and not completed until 11th November, over 9 weeks.

Everything completed to a high standard

I would only recommend the contractor for the price of the product and the ease of dealing with the sales team. For the installation work I was deeply disappointed. The work was not completed on the same day due to weather, which is acceptable, but the contractor took about two weeks to get back and complete the installation. The cable runs were “thrown in” and very untidy, made even worse by the fact I had recently had some electrical work done in the same area and the trunking and cabling there was clean and tidy, making this contractor look like a cowboy, or in best case just incredibly slo

The 2 fitters completed the job very efficiently and very cleanly. No waste was left and everything cleaned up after they finished. I would definitely recommend. When I get the funds I will be doing the rear of the house too. 5 stars from me.

The installation of the sun lounge took place during 2021, a difficult time, so took longer than expected due to shortage of components, illness, delivery driver shortage and so on but Sealtight (through Richard) kept us up to date throughout and were very apologetic about the holdups. The staff involved in the construction were were all hard working, skilled at their jobs, polite and informative. The finished sun lounge is a joy to us and we thank Sealtight for the very satisfactory job they did.

Sealtight provided a complete replacement of nine windows (some being large units) plus patio doors. I would readily recommend Sealtight. I found the whole process from quotation (no hard sell – just the information needed to make a decision) through to installation (carried out very proficiently, to time by an experienced team) very satisfactory. To my layman’s eyes I received a high quality product.Where there was a Covid/Brexit related delay I was kept informed about progress. Other questions / points of detail I needed to discuss were promptly deal with.

The two window fitters that carried out the work (Paul & Wayne) were very professional, polite and tidy.

Throughout the build I was confident that each team of workers were knowledgeable, skilful and willing to discuss the work with myself. I was given good advice and explanations when, in my ignorance, I questioned procedures. I was impressed by the standard of work and materials and felt consulted at all stages. The result is a beautiful addition to complete our home.

The contractors were friendly and worked hard completing the work even during the covid pandemic. They arrived on time each day and worked through with very few breaks.Overall they took reasonable care of internal decoration but they should be allowed time to remove any remaining protective residue rather than try to “paint” over it with touch up pens. The pens don’t match that closely and the result looks shabby . The end result is better if more time is taken to simply remove any residue and not attempt to disguise it
