He has great attention to detail .After some space issues at the beginning Mark was very helpful in the chat and explaining about the bi fold and fitting. Ollie was excellent in putting the windows and new door in and was tidy and conscientious throughout.Thank you.

doors were not straight when initially fitted but this was put right when we pointed it out. Hence 7 for workmanship. Products great but we did end up with the wrong colour fittings for the integral blinds, we specifically asked for black but they came grey. You can’t really expect the customer to interpret the handwritten order form and spot that it wasn’t as previously specified. However a discount was given as compensation. Overall we expect to be very happy with them once the other build works are completed!

Service was excellent from start to finish. Prompt calling and service with good advice without pressure selling during survey and measurement. Swift agreement on fitting dates and fulfilled as planned by an extremely experienced and competent fitter. Pricing was not the cheapest but fair in comparison with other quotes and especially considering the quality which made the whole project value for money.

The fitting of the windows was really good, the quality of the the job was to a very high standard and we were very happy with this. However we did have a few issues and we weren�t always happy with how this was dealt with.
