The windows and door installed are to a very good standard and were installed with no issues, I’m very happy with them. The staff were friendly and helpful and their customer service is fantastic. They were very honest when pricing for the work and didn’t try to oversell. I was also advised when a minor repair would fix the issue rather than a full window or door replacement. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Professional from start to finish.

Initially installed double glazing rather than the triple we had ordered but once identified, had no issues with replacing. Appeared to be an honest mistake so no issues.A few plants in the garden didn’t make it through the installation process but perhaps couldn’t be avoided.

Would definitely use LWD again for future window and door work. In our case we had a repair to existing windows, plus a garage door and window replacement. Both carried out on time and to a good standard, matching the existing installation.

Friendly and efficient. Very busy hence something was missed but they went back quickly to fix. Fair prices.

I was impressed by the care they took to measure up for the windows and consider the best solution for the situation.

Unfortunately the doors was not installed correctly as the sliding part did not close fully. This was only noticed by the customer and then the subsequent date to return onsite was missed. The customer has had to act as project manager constantly chasing and asking for problems and paperwork to be submitted. The firm did nothing to make sure I got this certificate. I had to ask for over four months.

Absolutely fantastic job done of the upstairs windows. Just had to clean the lower gutter of ff debris and sealant after they were finished.

Leeds Windows and Doors have been outstanding from start to finish. They completed a high quality installation, with no problems. They are a professional company who I believe take pride in their products/work. I would not hesitate to use them again for all my future work. Thankyou!

I would 100% recommend them. And I have already. They did a fantastic job. We were give a no obligation quote. Everything was explained to us and Wayne listened to all our questions. We never felt pressured to take the quote. There was some delay in between the ordering and fitting but this was explained to us from the start and was expected due to Covid situation. They still kept us updated throughout. The windows and doors look fantastic. Much better than we could have imagined. Now the best on the street.

2nd time used. Would use again.

Each set of windows were not properly sealed and I received no apology – just a they did the job right, they just didn’t use enough sealant. Upon complaining I didn’t receive a response, they said they would discount another 2 windows I wanted doing and they didn’t even quote or respond. When phoned they said they had received the emails but weren’t going to respond and I just needed to pay the invoice in full and that was it. Not impressed at all and was made to feel very small. They were also very untidy and I recently found pieces of wood that they left behind in the bedroom.

Work was very good and they left everything clean and tidy. Lovely windows. Very pleased!
