We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the mechanism on the stable door to enable a tight seal to be formed with the bottom of the door, unfortunately due to the design of the door a tight seal can only be formed once the lock has been fully engaged . Our manufactures have been instructed to attend site to explain the working mechanism and see if a resolution can be provided for you. Kind regards the HG team.

Initial visit to provide advice & quote went smoothly, was left feeling confident about the decisions made about which doors/fittings to go for etc. Installation went extremely well. Reliable, professional and efficient (although there was an error in the initial glass supplied but apologies received and quickly rectified without question). Workmen were particularly sensitive in dealing with my father whose house it is (I am the daughter and deal with all practicalities for him - hence the order in my name as power of attorney).

The team sent out to do the installation were meticulous in keeping the area clean and made as little mess as possible, before tidying it up, sweeping and vacuuming the area before inviting our inspection.

Had a slight issue with window dropping a fortnight after install and this was promptly resolved free of charge. Great service and friendly fitters.

The installers, Mark and Martin, were very punctual, polite, hard-working, thorough and produced, from what I could see, workmanship of a high order. Furthermore, they were meticulously clean, leaving not a trace of debris or dust.
The initial contact, Darren, who did the measuring-up, showed us the styles, gave advice and answered our queries, was first class.
The office staff were always very friendly, polite, helpful and efficient.
The whole transaction went smoothly and to plan and I have nothing but praise for this company. Well done to them all!
