Very good and helpful

The contractor did not deliver when he said he would – on 2 occasions for 2 orders. When doors/windows did not come when promised, he said he was waiting for a deposit from ud. But he had never asked for this. As soon as he did ask, we paid it immediately and then had to wait while the contractor ordered the doors and windows only then. He did give us a small discount the first time as an apology but not the second time. He also did not apologise. The entire building project was held up due to this and we had a long period when the premises were not secure as a result.

Installers have installed the sliding door very professionally and I am very happy with the installation.

The residents was extremely happy with all aspects of the works and operatives.
