Didn’t respond to a formal complaint we sent.
Mastic finish was messy and looked rushed.
Top of bay window was fixed into soffit meaning we are unable to change it without having to take the window out.
Front door top panel was fixed into a loose piece of wood - it is not fixed.
Front door is letting water in.
Overall an untidy finish

Still waiting for a cracked trim to be replaced, otherwise happy.

Really great and reliable service provided. Changed each window to allow for least amount of disturbance to us with a young baby.
