Three week delay was difficult, and chasing to get the certificates has been a hassle.

Despite being confident that the work could easily be accomplished by an identified deadline, it took repeated enquiries to get quote, agree installation, get windows ordered etc. Work done by agreed date but it took several phone calls on my part else I’m convinced it wouldn’t have happened. Took 3 months to get Certass certificate. despite several reminders. Workmanship aspects very good but customer service poor.
