We are so pleased with our Doors and Windows – they look fantastic and the process was made really easy and was handled efficiently throughout by David Wright. They’re customer service made the whole process enjoyable with a beautiful product at the end.

Door installation satisfactory, major errors with the gates wasted 6-man days to rectify.Reliability and timekeeping were an issue having to approach the company several times to get the project finished. Special glazing for the door was an expected delay; however, the company gave us several inaccurate estimates of when it would arrive, surprising their own workman waiting to fit it.We did email concerns and were told “not to judge the project until it was finished” this stifled any further communication of concerns.Overall the project was satisfactory, but we have concerns over the longevity of the gates, particularly the posts. We understand the wood has been guaranteed for 70 years, but there is no mention of what to expect from the gates themselves.

I would have no hesitation in recommending DH Wright Joinery to anyone. We have had the satisfaction of enjoying their work several times over the past few years and can confirm that their products and workmanship are second to none. In particular, their standard of finish and tidiness is always impeccable.

Overall we are very happy with the windows and doors. We have had a lot of positive comments from neighbours too. The one thing that would have made it easier for us, would have been a showroom. There are so many things to consider when choosing a new window or door (opening mechanism, handles, profile, style etc) and seeing them in real would have helped us agreeing the right thing right from the start.

The timber windows & doors are of exceptional quality. The company are a joy to deal with. From initial enquiry, through to measuring up, workshop manufacturing, installation and after care we always felt we were in the best of hands. We have been very impressed with the initial salesmanship, the quality of product and workmanship at installation and have been very pleased with the end product. We did feel however that communication with us over delays to the start date could have been better.

The product is lovely and clearly excellent quality. However, once I had dealt with the very helpful and friendly sales person, the customer service was much less impressive. I had to chase on more than one occasion to find out whether installation was running to schedule (it wasn’t). The fitters made quite a mess in my house and didn’t clear up. I love my new windows but I’m not sure I’d recommend the company.

I was concerned about the inside effects of the windows being fitted, in one room there was wallpaper and the other tiling – After window installation it was as if nothing had been disturbed. The team were friendly and efficient and the job is perfect.

DH Wright provided a first class personalised service to us in replacing the windows & doors in our 240 year old Grade 2 listed building.We can’t fault any aspect of the work, from the first call to discuss our projects, the visit to the workshop and meeting the directors to the gentlemen that fitted the windows/doors, leaving our home tidier and cleaner than they found it.We are using them again for the next phases or our renovations.
