They left a lot of debris outside on day one which I did complain about at the time. It took me a long time after they had finished to clear up the mess they left outside (hours). I found a few minor problems but the gentleman who came back rectified these and was very nice. I must say Stacey who I dealt with most of the time was brilliant and very helpful.

All staff have been extremely helpful and professional. Slight issue with a lock on one of the doors that was repaired within a couple of days. Would recommend and have already recommended York Windows.

The work undertaken was doing efficiently by people who were polite, courteous and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Very happy with the windows can’t fault the workmanship

After a minor defect on the original installation the fitters returned promptly and rectified the problem. This is the only reason all the marks are not 10/10 . A great service

The work was carried out on time and very efficiently. We had a problem with a window that another company had installed and they sent a fitter round straight away to sort this problem going above and beyond also sealing in this window that the other company had failed to do.

No hassle or hard selling. Just did exactly what we asked for professionally

The contractor came and did the building work for the bay window extension. I was dissappointed with the wall patch on three sides needing additional building work which was not made clear to me.The bifold doors, on the other hand, are well made and fitted. Absolutely brilliant.

I was disappointed with the tricklevent finish and overall quality of the door, the door replaced was of a higher standard of material and overall construction

The workman damaged our brand new kitchen, tried to replace it with substandard materials Workmen also damaged two walls and a ceiling The plaster left bare brick on show, as this was being corrected they burst a central heating pipe, this was quickly repaired�. The plaster return to complete the jobEventually, the damage was corrected at no cost to ourselves We are very happy with the product, this is fitted and working as expectef

He was very courteous, friendly and efficient. Cleared up after the work had been done.

There were issues with the quality of some of the windows from the supplier Shepley, joints were not properly sealed, the beading took many visits from them to fix. Shepley replaced two windows, the ones they replaced were even worse than the ones they took out. York windows had these replaced.

Respectful and hardworking fitters. Good value for money. Really pleased with the work undertaken.

We were very happy with the work in general. We did rate slightly lower on business because the new door wasn’t wiped down once installed and some off-cuts were left under a radiator instead of being disposed of. Other than that, we have been very happy with the service and the quality of the product and work done.

Fitter was excellent and helpful

There have been a few issues, couldn’t get all of the produces that were required straight away but once all together the work was carried out over a period of weeks any issues were addressed straight away, happy with the process
