The quality of the windows is very good and the friendly installers made a lot of effort to leave the house clean and not to damage flooring.However, one of the windows was manufactured incorrectly so they had to come back at a later date to rectify this, I left them my availability for that week then Paul called me and was very rude and demanding, he was acting like I was delaying the installation to avoid paying the final invoice before Xmas….Some minor damage was caused to the windowsill during installation, the way how this was initially dealt with by Paul was totally unsatisfactory and resulted in a 10 minute doorstep argument. He went away and in the end it was resolved to our satisfaction. Great product and all the other staff seemed nice.

The contractor was particularly helpful and provided excellent customer service to overcome unforeseen building issues around the installation of the windows. They facilitated a solution to these issues which enabled the installation whilst also improving the stability and safety of the actual building.They responded quickly and efficiently to a complaint from my neighbour re issues around tidiness.The Covid pandemic has obviously had an impact on the provision of any service. There were some issues with mis-understandings re the specifics of the initial order but we were able to work with the contractor despite the limitations imposed by Covid.
