Clive was sensitive to the fact that I am elderly with arthritic hands and adjusted the door locking mechanism to ensure I could manage to lock the door unaided.

Nothing was too much trouble for Clive and his team, who certainly spent days on site replacing all our windows and a couple of doors.
Good attention to detail and a good product that looks great.
A couple of snags, but these are being dealt with without question.
