Great service well executed

Very happy with the installation team. Would have preferred more notice, confirming installation date. I work from home and needed to take the noise/disruption into account when arranging meetings.

Had new windows fitted with old plastic reveals and wooden sill still in place. Due to this it caused drafts and noise.
We then questioned this with the contractors and they advised we pay extra for new reveals and sills to be fitted. We did so and ensured that all gaps were then fully sealed. We feel that we should have been advised on this beforehand and recommended new sills and reveals in the first place when the quote was given.
Receptionist at the show room was very rude and patronising to both myself and my partner on seperate occasions.
The workmen were excellent, on time and very clean and tidy. Scaffolding erection and removal was also excellent.

Good communication .All were professional from surveyor to window fitters. Excellent quality of service leaded window looks fantastic.

I had to ring up and ask what time frame to expect after it had gone back to original date. I was given a rough date but told I�d be rang the week before to confirm. I think ideally more notice is needed. Luckily it was quiet at work but usually I need to give more than a weeks notice for a full weeks holiday

Great work kept us informed if what was happening and any issues arising , discussing solutions and timescales for work to be done

From the start of the process to the installation, we have been impressed by this company. Although a small fanmily concern they provide an excellent service and an excellent product. For various reasons, the timing of the installation could not have happened at a worse time for us but the installation team went out of their way to be accomodating. The installation could not have been undertaken with more care – I have not had to undertake any plaster filling or touching up of paintwork since the new windows and doors were fitted and they they left no mess on completion.

Very nice people to deal with. Professional, polite and competent. Small issue with the door but sorted out quickly.

Customer service and communication were appalling. Made to feel incredibly small when contacting them. Timescales were not communicated well enough. Ordering the incorrect size window for our bathroom and having to wait a further 10 days for the rest of the window to be refitted, is just not acceptable. Not being told at the sales consult that we would need scaffolding and it adding even more money onto the final bill, was also a very poor showing from this company.

Completed installation is great, all the fitters were excellent in all aspects of the installation and checked with us on positioning of some fittings, there was a delay in the product caused by the suppliers but we were fully advised of changes to the timings. If required would use again and recommend to any future customers.

Started the work on the 4th April 2022 could only install single pane sheets of glass in around 12 of the frames because the correct units were damaged (they say scratched on delivery to them ) they returned a week later with all the correct units to be fitted on their fitter cleaning the windows found a further one (opening light )damage and it took the up until the 9th of May 2022 at around 4pm to replace it

The windows were almost a month late being fitted. It seems the date provided by the salesman wasn’t agreed/communicated on the order.The windows were missing trickle vents when installed. However, Grassmoor went to great lengths to resolve the issue and I’m now very happy with the windows. The vast majority of suppliers would have tried to fob me off with a dodgy fix, but Grassmoor fixed the problem properly (replacement windows.)Would I recommend Grassmoor? Not if there’s a schedule to work to, but otherwise yes.

Polite and obliging workmen. Set on an extra team when the work was found to be more difficult than expected. This allowed for the work to be completed in the expected timescale.

The whole package was delivered very well despite supply issues out of there control.

Just one small error in the job – the wrong glass was delivered for one window. Awaiting correct glass. I would recommend Grassmoor Glass to anyone who wants a local company to do a job.
