The incorrect door was fitted initially (we cannot understand why checks weren’t conducted prior to installation) but no payment was requested until this was remedied (which we appreciated).
Peter the installer his work is 1st class. Put down dust sheets and left the house spotless and also took away all the rubbish. Have already recommended to others as the price and service couldn’t be touched by other company’s.
While the work was finally completed and the products used were good, I would not recommend the service because of the way the windows were fitted – not high workmanship standards and lack of customer service (no urgency at all and not much initiative to rectify the problems) .
The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Darren with his immense experience and enthusiasm guided me through the journey in selecting the best product for my project. Karen in the office kept me up to date at every stage and the installation team were faultless. Thank you to the whole Lakeside team

The salesman. administrative staff and the fitters were very professional throughout the process.
Normally a really good company, but they installed the panel the wrong way. They did come by to resolve the issue once I mentioned it.
Sometimes difficult to get hold of Darren our rep for updates on timing etc. Covid related difficulties getting PVC supply which were solved eventually but caused delays. Some small issues with fitting which were remedied promptly upon our request.
Absolutely brilliant, really clean and tidy, did a lovely job.
