Fantastic from start to finish great service
Really difficult to speak to anyone in the business. Every time I called them I had to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to me.
Workmanship was disappointing as there was damage to brand new windows (this was fixed when raised with lakeside)
Damage to existing window frame, this was pointed out to Lakeside but NOT remedied, I will have to spend more time and money to put back to right.
Dissatisfied with some of the workmanship as there are rough edges left on the windows, when pointed out to window engineer he just shrugged his shoulders and said "oh, yeah we don't mitre cut them, sorry"
Mess left on site that I had to clean up.
I paid a lot of money for the work and feel I've paid too much for the service I've received. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

The salesman. administrative staff and the fitters were very professional throughout the process.
Sometimes difficult to get hold of Darren our rep for updates on timing etc. Covid related difficulties getting PVC supply which were solved eventually but caused delays. Some small issues with fitting which were remedied promptly upon our request.
Difficult to get through to our rep to get progress updates on timing. Had difficulties it seems sourcing pvc which were eventually solved.
Absolutely brilliant, really clean and tidy, did a lovely job.
Normally a really good company, but they installed the panel the wrong way. They did come by to resolve the issue once I mentioned it.
