He was polite, friendly and knowledgable  about the product. He was on time and a clean and tidy worker.  He was very obliging when I needed to change my timings due to a health problem.  I would have no problem in recommending him to anyone.

Oliver is very reliable, he turned up when he said he would especially when he had to fit in a second visit because the manufacturer had misread the instructions for a door and fitted the hinges on the wrong side. All this was resolved with the absolute minimum of fuss so we were very pleased with that. We have already recommended him to other neighbours in our block of flats.

This has been a nightmare. Glass is faulty, scratched, marked, cloudy many imperfections poor quality. I beleive the glass manufacturer is Holton Heath Glass. The trader despite much chasing over 7 months, failed to rectify since initial installation February 2023. While the frames are high quality, the fitting of screws is sloppy some screws are missing. The lock on one set of doors is sticky, hard to lock and I beleive the doors need adjustments to how they hang. Installer did not finish the installation 1 set of doors should have a wood trim along the bottom of the doors, installer refused

Yes. He was very professional. Done a fantastic job replacing my kitchen door and window. The products are a excellent standard. Being a old Victorian flat I dont think it was an easy installation as nothing is straight. I would and have recommended him to friends and family. Excellent job done.
