Don Valley windows were very professional, quick and easy to deal with. We are very happy with the windows and would recommend them.

My windows are still not weatherproofed and sealed correctly. There are damaged and loose bricks around the openings. Several of the window panes were cracked and had to be replaced, trickle filters were not provided for weeks. The patio doors “drop” on a regular basis so I cannot close or lock them. The front door has scratches on the door and also the lock sticks regularly. He was difficult to get hold of and would not acknowledge the issues we have with windows ongoing.

Don Valley windows have been brilliant throughout. Not pushy at all when it came to placing an order, and seem to have installed high quality windows with zero issues to date! Very friendly too. 10/10

The door is good quality, was fitted efficiently and within a good time frame. It was just frustrating getting a Fensa certificate from them.

The contractor did a good job. However there was a lack of communication trying to get the date for it to be fitted. It was also not registered with certass until now.

The quality of their installation was exceptional and back up service. I would use them over and over again.

Unfortunately due to numerous issues with the quality of the products supplied we would not recommend Don Valley windows. The defects that we experienced were -Front door supplied with wrong glass.Rear door large scratch in glass.Numerous defects in double glazing panes.In fairness the company did sort out the issues and the fitters were always polite.

The standard of work and service was excellent from start to finish, they are a highly professional company and I would recommend them to anyone contemplating installing new windows and doors.

Don Valley windows have been great for me. The quotation process was simple, straight forward with no hard sell. The prices were very competitive and their customer rating was very good. The work started on the scheduled date and finished a day earlier than planned. The fitting team were Chris and John and they worked well together, were very professional, had very good workmanship skills and raised any issues with me as they arose. They put down dust sheets to protect all my carpets and furnishing and despite knocking out all my old windows they preserved my decorations and so after completion there was no extra work for me to do. The windows look great and are nicely finished. The whole house now is quieter and warmer. I strongly recommend Don Valley to anyone wanting new windows.
