Milena Windows have been very helpful throughout the process of choosing and fitting the Windows.

At different times Milena have supplied us with a conservatory, replacement windows, doors and sundry glazing. I consider them to be reliable, thorough and my “go to” for any of these items I have listed.

We had a slight issue where two of our windows had to be refitted at a later date, but the issue was dealt with promptly and very well. On the whole we are very pleased.

Milena has been a great company from the start to finish. We were given good advice on types and styles of front door options, suitable for our house.
We can’t fault Chris or any of his staff and the installation team were great. They arrived on time, were tidy and efficient and completed the job more quickly than we expected. We are delighted with our new front door, especially the quality and the finish.

Communication was not perfect in that chasing up was required to understand the state of the order but very good apart from that.

We are very pleased with Milena. Our first contact was some years ago when they fitted our new kitchen patio doors and windows. We approached Chris for a quote to replace our broken 30+ year old sliding patio doors. From that point everything went very smoothly, Quote, order, delivery and installation. Laura made the arrangements, David and Richard did a splendid job in removing the old windows and installing the new ones. Would recommend Milena unreservedly.

There were a couple of problems with the windows but they were fixed very quickly. They also plastered at the sides of the windows when old strips were removed, to make good, which was really nice of them to do.

Milena have been straightforward and transparent in all their dealings with us. The installers worked carefully and effectively, and they showed considerable skill in fitting all the windows and doors without any damage to decoration and structure. They spoke to us at every stage about their intentions and any on-site choices or alterations available to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

Chris Brunsdon always goes the extra mile to ensure the product he recommends fulfils our requirements. His patience is to be commended as we are not the easiest customers to deal with when choosing a product. Based on this we have recommended Milena Windows to friends and on public forums and are about to place a further order with them (when we finally decide what we want :)! )

The only point that could have been improved is communication on the delay. I ordered in October and heard nothing more until I phoned to check on the status in March. A call or an email update would have been good. Otherwise delighted with the service.

Always efficient and helpful

Chris gave very good advice and guidance on products available and colour agreeable to house brick. The installers David and Symond were punctual and always responded to issues, were tidy, respected and protected the products during installation and made time to speak to me with regard any points that I may want an input.
