The angles of interior windows not good compaired to past windows.  Had to have them back out on door handles

Have had previous windows installed by other contractor.  Quality and finish with the new are far superior.  Fitters were excellent. No collateral damage internally nor externally. Very good.

Customer service only marked down as I ordered pewter handle/letter box and black was supplied. I decided to keep them as they looked ok

Original door was supplied and fitted 5th August 2024 it was incorrectly sized and was really badly fitted (not level, didn’t shut properly, draughty etc., and left in situ unfinished (not sealed) through the winter, plus wrong fittings supplied. It took several months and threatening legal action to get a replacement door, we had no communication from the Company other than us chasing them for updates. Replacement door was eventually supplied and fitted on 28th February 2025, nearly 7 months later, by different fitters who were a lot better and the new door actually fits and shuts.

Excellent contractor.  No hesitation recommending E-plas.  Excellent workmanship, finishing smooth and blended in perfectly with existing surfaces.  We used them to remove an internal block walk, reinforce the roof joists, moving lights, adding sockets, painting and plastered finish.  They were clean and methodical.  Very happy with the works and pricing.  Use them and relax!

Initially the wrong door and size was ordered. The fitter that came to fit it realised size was wrong and I realised the door wasn�t what we ordered. It was quickly sorted and reordered with no problems apart from a few more weeks wait. Very happy with our purchase.

Both Ian and Spencer were fantastic and a genuine pleasure to have fit the windows and doors. We were kept up to date along the 4 days of having them complete the install and were always informed of what they were doing the next day. They were more like friends than trades people by the time they had finished. We wish them all the best and are very grateful for their hard work. Thank you very much

Excellent workmanship went above and beyond to make sure a good job was done

The workmen left loads of mess and some scrapes on walls unrelated to the windows. 3 weeks after fitting, anoutside pieces of glass spontaneously cracked top to bottom. There was suggestio from the company that we had doe it,and we may need to pay for the replacement. We had to argue quite hard to get the faulty panel replaced for free. All sorted in the end, but left a bad taste. Would not recommend.

Contractors were very careful not to make a mess. What mess they made was cleared up by themselves and home left clean and tidy. Work was done to a high standard and excellent finish, details on maintenance was also given and also how to prevent damage to doors.Very friendly team and give excellent service and advice.

Left a screw out of one of the door frames by mistake, this was rectified immediately upon raising it. Felt the fitter could have made more effort to clean up the area following the install. Quality of the install was very good.

The windows took longer to install than they should and there were numerous problems which meant a whole new replacement was required. The company dealt with this well.
