Very supportive, patient and helpful, no hard sales pressure or false discount tactics. Great price, quality and supplied on time. I asked if could visit the factory and be shown examples before ordering and was warmly welcomed by his staff at the factory who explained all the features of the windows. The installation team on the day were professional and did a great job and very pleased with the installation.I would recommend Irshad and Glass N Windows Direct.
