Expensive doors but shoddy workmanship. One fitter did a tidy job, the other left a messy seal finish around the door.

Service, product, cost met my expectations

Diamond have been an integral part of our house build project, supplying Solidors, Sunflex kitchen bifold doors and Sunflex bifold/glass panels for a 1st floor bedroom. The quality of the products are excellent and Diamond have been very easy, courteous and professional to deal with. Would happily recommend.

More communication around delivery would have been beneficial for my planning. I ordered one window at the beginning of September and was informed that there were long delivery times due to the world situation of supply and Covid and was given an estimate of the middle of November. It would have been good to have had a call or email saying that this date would be missed as I was living without a kitchen sink whilst waiting for the window. I called twice for updates. Eventual fitting was the week before Christmas.

We have used Diamond for several projects and they are unfailingly one of the best companies to deal with.

I have used and recommended this contractor for the last twenty years. This was the poorest performance in this time with three out of five windows having to be replaced due to scratched panes.
