Lack of planning: There was one days notice of scaffold being erected. The soffits/facia and guttering were not on site at the point the fitter needed them, loosing a few hours. I had been asked to accept black gutters on brown soffits that would not have matched garage, so refused. The gutters are more shallow than those removed, I was not consulted and would not have agreed. The jobs were rushed to be completed before Christmas break. Too much was attempted in one day.Payment was demanded even though scaffolding still in place. A promise to add rubber to my garage door has not materialised.

The procedure was very efficient and I was kept informed throughout. All fitters worked extremely hard, and were courteous and helpful.

I installer I would 100% reccomend, as was on time, realiable, honest, good problem solver overall brilliant but company themselves didn’t have a good experience. So wouldn’t reccomend the company. All ratings above for the installer not company.
