Very friendly and all measurements were correct. But perhaps would recommend only if you live nearer contractor as sometimes difficult to get hold of him and had to wait until he was in this area to fix issue. Only received 1 key for two windows still not received extra keys despite txts and emails. I would assume that more than one key was provided by supplier ? Contractor did come back to fix faulty magnet on doors and leak in bay window - perhaps a quality issue with product not supplier.

Excellent product and the work was excellent. All the rubbish was cleared and taken away. The guys worked really hard and did a great job.
