Very professional from the start. No hard sell, you just get what you ask for. Installation was done by a small team of highly competent workers. Clean , respectful, polite and hard working. I am very happy with my windows. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Reliable & reasonably priced

unfortunately the bay window and front door installation have been poor, we are having various problems immediately, from leaking door, draughty door, poorly fitted trims, windows that are in my opinion measured incorrectly, so the work is becoming a nightmare.

I’d give them an 11 if I could, very happy.
