The project was a medium sized residential window and door upgrade. The project commenced June 24 and was completed in October 24, a significant overrun from the planned 10 working days.

The quality of the product, service and installation has been exceptional, I wouldn�t hesitate to recommend or to use them again in the future.

Work performed to a high standard and contractors were very polite, friendly, and respectful of the property.

We were particularly happy with the hard work of Connor and his father. They had a great work ethic and very friendly and communicated well on progress and issues. They took pride in their work which showed in what they did.

They forgot to add our letterbox initially but came back the next day to fit it. Also we weren’t told that we would need to remove our Ring Doorbell so they removed it on the day, but in the process the fuse on our fusebox went and we had to get an electrician to fix it. Other than that the guys were super friendly and very good at what they did so we are happy and would use them again.

The whole process of design, survey and installation was completed in a very professional manner. All the staff were very courteous and nothing was too much trouble in ensuring the installation was completed to my satisfaction.

As we are having our leaded lights encapsulated, we were expecting a patterned or similar glass as a temporary measure, but supplied with clear. To be fair , they offered to get some made up, but wanted to avoid additional waste glass being created. Installers left protective film on, which does provide some privacy

Had few hiccups 3 of the window handles were problematic , had to call service call 3 times The glass design middle of door was not level 5 as we had wanted but was sorted at a later date Lot of miscommunication between staff ,some of the workers could have been more polite and language controlled, at times felt quite intimidated.Good customer service from the owner who was helpful in sorting things out Happy ending !

The work was completed professionally, swiftly and with no residual mess. We are delighted with our new back door.

The whole process of window installation to an acceptable standard took a lot longer than expected, requiring a number of additional window installation replacements. Heath Windows were happy to replace faulty window units when identified by the installer/customer. However, quality checks with regards to ‘window manufacturing’ standards need to be improved as this is costly in terms of time/money for both the customer and Heath Windows’ staff, and causes unnecessary anxiety to the customer. Very hard-working fitters, arrived on time and didn’t leave until 5pm most days. Friendly, polite and tidy in the house.My only slight issue is that there was quite a bit of damage to the plants/flower borders in the front garden where they were trampled on, and small bits of rubble/plastic left in the flowerbeds.

I was extremely pleased with the workmanship of the installer. They worked tirelessly on what was the hottest day of the year installing my new windows. Their exacting attention to detail was exceptional and I would not hesitate in using them again. They were most respectful too of my property, and all carpets were protected, and they cleaned up on completion of the work.

Heath door and windows were very good and kept us up to date, however there were long delays due to manufacture issues which delayed completion which was really disappointing.

Had to wait over 5 months for installaton, suggested timescale was 6-8 weeks.

One pane of one window is damaged (mark on frosting) but company quickly confirmed a new one will be fitted

Very impressed with both Max Wilkins, (sales person) – he was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient; and with James (fitter)- he did and excellent job and was very consciencious. The only element which let the service down was the email requesting the payment of final balance outstanding. The initial email incorrectly stated the balance (had not deducted the deposit already paid). A replacement email was received with the correct balance quoted, but with no reference to or apology for the initial incorrect email. This was not a big issue, but just something that could be improved.

They worked through the coldest week of the year. It was -6 degrees with the wind chill.Excellent care and attention to detail. Very easy company to have around.

The workmanship of the installation was excellent. However the product supplied was not as described to us. I feel what was provided by the manufacturer was not what was discussed. Despite much effort by the contractor we now have an item we did order.

Generally good work. However, the first window installed was cracked and had to be replaced and the upstairs bathroom window was scratched and had to be replaced. The workmen were punctual and tidy and hardworking.

We were assured our blinds would be reinstalled, however this hasn’t happened. Otherwise, service has been great.

Although there were issues regarding mistakes by suppliers etc the level of customer service was excellent in ensuring that the job was completed to the highest standard.

It�s early days with my windows instillation so the quality of the construction and instillation will show in time. Next winter should be an indication. The contractors were excellent and polite, so no issues there.

Excellent workmanship, and attention to detail . The whole team were polite, courteous and happy to help with anything asked of them. The windows and doors installed in our property are of the highest standard, with every care taken to ensure they were insulated correctly, and even though our property is an old one, with windows and doors not quite “true”, the attention to detail in getting them to fit properly was second to none. We would definitely 100% recommend this contractor.

No problems with fitters, but company measured incorrectly and sent wrong sized price of glass so had to wait for replacement and 2nd fitting date. No compensation or apology offered.

From our first visit to Heath Windows we were very happy. Annie and Kathryn were always in contact keeping us updated on timescales and any possible changes. They were able to offer us early installation which we gladly accepted. James and Tristan came to the property to install and they were fantastic from minute 1. Job was done well and they were very tidy. Informed us on the care of the door and what to do in the event of errors. Overall highly rate the company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Really pleased with the work. The installers were really helpful to me, including rehanging curtains after they�d finished – they definitely went the extra mile for me, which I really appreciated.

The only reason I have marked the team down on punctuality is due to a delay on day 1 when they were delayed at previous job. They did call to let us know they would be late.

Marked down on service and reliability (not totally their fault) due to a damaged unit. Replacement ordered but wrong unit sent so reordered, and not kept informed as to the progress as to when the work will finished.

Everyone at Heath Windows and Doors were a pleasure to work with. It was expensive but the company had the best recommendations and ratings so I decided to go with them. I am deligted with my new composite door and felt that the lead time was reasonable and the product is great.

Professional fitting- clean, punctual and great workmanship/finish. The products are of a brilliant standard and the overall service from quite to finish was very good.

A pleasure to deal with. The office staff, the owner, the man who came to do the survey and the installer were all first rate.

There was a complaint from my tenants however this was quickly dealt with by management and we were satisfied with the outcome.

From start to finish Heath Windows & Doors have been excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking new or replacement windows and doors!

Initially there was a minimal small gap which had been accounted for.. on fitting of the door the gap was a considerate amount more.Then there was a bubble in the front door which had not been checked by the contractors.. which was then replaced by a new door which had a fault in the glass and that was replaced. Rain coming inside from the door being incorrectly fitted. Outside workmanship to the stone work was poor and they just turned up to complete this when they felt like. The door was cheaper elsewhere, this was informed to the company and due to all the inconvenience it was agreed to lower the total cost over the phone. On payment the contractor went back on their word of lowering cost, had terrible customer service and threatened to take it to court if the full amount wasn’t paid.

We are very happy with the finished work and it has really improved our quality of life here. The structural engineer did have to intervene at one point because he felt the structural supports for the lintel were not strong enough. But the builders did sort that out quickly and, as far as we can tell, effectively.

From the first contact to paying the final bill Heath Windows provided excellent customer service. I would (and have) highly recommended them to others.

A very nice efficient company to deal with and extremely happy with the resulting new door !

The only reason for a low score on time was on day 1 they were supposed to start between 8 and 9 but no-one arrived and no message or anything left to give a reason why. At about 10 am I called and the office contacted the fitter who said he had been held up on a job from the night before and had to go back there first thing. This was fine but we should have been notified the night before that they wouldn’t be arriving first thing. They did eventually arrive about 2 and were then excellent.
