After the first installation was aborted due to the wrong measurements I was disappointed that I had to push for the solution to be rectified as the initial reaction from the fitter was tell us we needed to pick another door. I offered a solution of making the door way bigger which the fitter was very reluctant to do and recommended to us at the time not to do!When he eventually got the new frame and came back to fit it I must say he was exceptional and could not of been any more helpful. Shocking service and they made myself and my wife feel like we we�re at fault. I made numerous phone calls they said that they would call me back. The only call I received was to pay the invoice. It took 5 times to rectify an issue with the bay window. They made one of the panels 6mm smaller than the other 3 panels. Vista had to change the 3 panels in my bi-fold doors as the internal blinds had not been cleaned properly when they were installed. The whole service was a disaster from start to finish. The communication from Vista was appalling, I shudder to think what will happen if I have an

The back door was fitted on time. But unfortunately due to a damaged door frame, the fitter being unavailable, and confusion with the dates, our front door fitting was delayed by a total of 8 weeks, hence the low rating Otherwise very pleased with the doors

The main improvement would be to communicate more proactively regarding the stage of the process and expected timelines.

Work carried out professionally had slight problem but was corrected quickly

Although resolved in the end, it has taken 10 months rather than the 3 weeks timescale to do the job. We�ve had windows put in the wrong way round, put in uneven, parts put in the wrong place, parts missing, bits falling off, and furnishings damaged in the process. As well as lots of mess and stress caused.I have no issues with the people themselves, they are polite, friendly & obliging , just their work done for us. I cannot speak for other jobs they have done. We may have just been unlucky.

The installers were very neat & tidy. They did a very good job.

Timekeeping issues weather related, but felt a bit let down as only short notice given of change of installation date when I had arranged to be at home.Workmanship & quality of door, absolutely superb!

I had to wait quite a long time for the door, with a lot of chasing up phone calls and emails but the wait was worth it as I absolutely love my new door!

Good quality upvc double glazing at a good price. The installation was quick and a few issues with two off the frames was quickly rectified. All 3 doors and 11 windows open and seal closed without any issues.Property was left clean and tidy.
