I have had a fair few windows installed in my time and Clearglaze are a breath of fresh air. This is my second time using them and the experience was as professional as the first time. It was a pleasure to see Ian and his son again when they came to measure, offering advice when requested, which was gratefully received as a 1930’s property with leaded light windows. The quote and fitting date was arranged in a very timely manner for the four bedroom windows. I was pleased to see Howard and Paul again, who were as professional and conscientious as the first time. I was a little apprehensive as one of the windows was quite large, I had no need to be and all went smoothly and well. I was consulted along the way about finishes and reassured about the oak beam support. The rough coat rendering was matched around the frames, leaving a great finish inside and out. If not for the lovely, bright windows I wouldn’t have known they had been, as everything left clean and tidy. From start to finish a first class service from a family run firm, carried forward by their fitters. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Ian from Clear glaze was brilliant and efficient. Work done to the property was of a high standard. A genuine guy who offers you his honest opinion with an extremely fair price. Would recommend to anyone looking for new windows.

Really impressed with this company, from initial quote, measure up and final fitting, nothing was too much trouble, turned up when they said, worked really hard and cleaned up after themselves, making sure everything was left working and old door and frame removed

Ian and his son visited my property to discuss what was needed, they advised on products and finishes with no pushy sales talk or pressure. Quote provided and installation date agreed with clear communication. We agreed at the time of quoting that they would attempt to rectify an issue with my french doors (not fitted by them) and the fitters came having been advised of it by Ian and resolved it. The fitters were polite, respectful and experienced. They explained an issue caused by how the previous windows had been installed and took the time to match the cement, needed to make good outside, with my very thick render. Everywhere was left clean and tidy and I’m very happy with the service provided and the windows. Certass certificate provided in due course and all in all a very hassle free experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Contractors were very tidy and worked with minimum dust ,and had dust sheets. They were finished with 3 hrs . New patio doors seem to be nice and draughproof, and are A rated. All in all we are very pleased and would be happy to recommend clearglaze to family and friends.

I was extremely impressed by the workmen that removed my old windows and fitted the new ons. They left no mess and they were quick and efficient. I felt safe. I was also given advice regarding a problem I had with my conservatory door lock and they went out of their way to resolve it. I would most certainly have them back again in future. Excellent communication with the firm.

I have had all my windows fitted by Clearglaze- usually great service but the finishing trim was not fitted to my kitchen window . It was replaced afterwards. I would still recommend them so 4 stars out of 5

Ian completed our windows and doors replacement to a high standard. This has definitely made a big impact on our annual energy savings as heat is retained better during winters. Ian provides excellent customer support, is very approachable, honest and reliable. Prices were reasonably quoted and much lesser than big companies like Anglian, and ClearGlaze products seemed certainly much the same in real time. I would highly recommend ClearGlaze and happy to have their services again myself if needed in the future.
