Rydale have once again delivered a fantastic service, from initial enquiry, through sales and survey to full installation and follow up communications thereafter. The quality of product is exceptional and installed to the highest standard. All the staff are super friendly, helpful and jargon free which has been a big help with decision making.

Thank you once again for another quality installation, windows and doors all replaced now, but I will happily recommend Rydale to family/friends/neighbours!

The fitters left the paint slightly damaged and the letter box not the best quality , we had to get Rydale and the door company out to fix .

Seamless from start to finish, my windows and door with panels are lovely. I was kept in the loop all the way through even when a slight blip2 with the door panels which was swiftly rectified. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Having considered a number of window installers I decided to choose Rydale Windows. I had Victorian Sash Anthracite smooth grey at the front of my home and normal Casement Anthracite smooth grey windows fitted to the rear of my home. I created the design style that I wanted and presented the designs to Rydale, which they were subsequently able to achieve.
I found the staff very approachable, kind and helpful, just being themselves. No pushy sales pitches. They demonstrated Victorian style Sash windows for me on showroom display. All staff throughout the process I found very pleasant, skilled and professional. My windows are lovely and good quality. I am really happy with them. I want to give my thanks to all the staff involved. I do recommend Rydale. Quality product and installation.

They did a good job but have came back for 2 door ajustments

The two fitters that completed the installation were untidy, and some of their work wasn't of an acceptable quality. The issues were fixed quite rapidly once reported though.

1 point lost in workmanship standards, tidiness and reliability and timekeeping for the fact that they struggled to get the concrete floor the correct height and level. This affected the tidiness and time taken as well as workmanship standards.

Excellent customer service from my initial phone call enquiring about double glazing and roofline, the care and attention to detail, as well as advice, on initial visit, I felt listened to and valued. The scaffolding was installed on time. Contactors installing the windows and roofline were polite, friendly, and extremely hard working. Fantastic job to the very highest of standards. Contractors left the install looking stunning, and were very clean and tidy. Scaffolding taken down seamlessly after completion of building works. Payment was quick, secure, and simple using chip and pin. Thank you Rydale Windows.

Would totally recomend the contractor and their fitting team. Any small adjustments were rectified immediatly and had face to face visits by the projects manager to sort any problems. Good result all round.

The fitters who fitted the conservatory itself were great, pity they kept being pulled of the job, but at least they worked a full day when they were here. The quality of plaster is awful with the finish like a wavey sea.
We have been using Rydale for over 10 years and will continue to use them for window replacement, but never plastering.

We sympathised with the fitter having to fit a patio door on his own, without our help he would have had a significant struggle. It was necessary to request extra filling and trim round the door to eliminate drafts.

The patio door had a dent in the outer frame and the window had a scratch. The contractor patched up the scratch with paint and the dent has been ignored.
The contractor seemed to imply that the dent was caused by our builders, even though the extension was finished on the exterior except for the rendering. Where as the frame was shipped to them by the manufacturer, stored by them, delivered to us by them and installed by them.

Professional and reliable company, would not hesitate to recommend them.

The original fitter was pleasant enough but phoned to change time to 2 hrs later, then had to come back to finish job next day as hadn't got something that was needed.
I subsequently had to have a rectifier out a few weeks later but he was very good and sorted the problem.
I am now happy with the product.
