Great fitters, good finish, hardly any decorating to do
Needed a pane of glass to be replaced due to damage. 5 times they came back and at each time the pane was damaged. Poor customer service and lack of responsiveness. In the end I chose another contractor to finish the work to a standard that as a customer I felt was acceptable.
Amazingly quick. Finished perfectly to every details. No mess very clean & tidy.
Wrong window pane supplied for front door side window. plain was supplied instead of non see through. problem highlighted by the installer paul, After some casing , correct window pane was installed.
All issues were eventually resolved.
The Contractor was very good at his job and cleaned up afterwards

To order,A lovely guy came to the home address, was excellent understanding, guided me to right decision.was very happy.waited over 12 weeks for the work to be carried out.did ring to check on delivery dates.when finally fitted the installer arrived early made alovely job left my home tidy.before leaving I notice the glass Panel was wrong to what I ordered.rang the office explain,offered to change the panel.but to be honest after waiting along time.i decided to keep it. it looked ok.Happy with the end result.
Door was no of quality expected as it had white flecks showing through the blue paint. Fitting was very poor and still not correct at 6 weeks after.
should liase with customer before work starts if a part is broken as to whether installation should go ahead

I needed a new back door for my garage, since the old one was falling apart. I decided to buy this from Perfecta Windows and can only say that the service was very efficient and friendly throughout. I am really pleased with the result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Perfecta to family and friends.

Failed to attend on the day arranged. Rearranged and failed to show up a 2nd time. Asked for compensation for work days lost but none given.
Everything was handled very well, we had clear timings for payments and all the work. Communication with Perfecta to a high standard. Would recommend them to everyone I know.

Good product and an excellent and very pleasant fitter who delivered good quality work. Extremely poor admin and (non) communication for both invoices and answers to simple questions. Was even reluctant and a bit petulant about sending me a copy of an invoice that had never been sent.

Perfecta made this a pleasant experience. They do a good job with no delays and no problems.
Generally all good.This was an empty rental so we had to drive down to let them in, told 9am but no one came. We had to chase they eventually arrived a lot later leaving us sat in the staircase waiting for an hour.
The installation Fitter was very polite courteous and methodical ,he cleaned up as he went so very pleased from start to finish
PERFECTA WAS PERFECTION IN ALL MANNERS would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone from the salesman Richard to Paul the fitter.
Overall a good job but as i work in customer service with a team of engineers i would not be happy with my team working like this. They did not seem to have enough time to do a full and complete job and many of the small gap filing jobs were not done very well leaving gaps that i then had to fill in, also the plastic trim was just stuck on top of the wallpaper surrounding the windows and some of these came off. Decorating would be tricky now as these will have to be trimmed or removed and stuck back on. It would have been better to ask first and pull back the wall paper as i have to re-dec
Difficult to communicate with Perfecta Windows, they didn’t return calls or emails (except the salesman). I tried to contact them to confirm that they would be coming on the agreed installation date but could not. Fortunately the workman turned up as promised but it would have saved some anxiety if we had been able to confirm that he would.
Very pleasant sales person who was provided all information and services required in a timely way. Appreciate how they fitted our job in quickly. Pleasant contractors who were helpful.
There was a distinct lack of communication from Perfecta Windows abs numerous errors. The windows fitters worked well despite Perfecta�s mistakes.
Perfecta proved to be very reliable contractor & although delivery was extended, the main products came through on time & were installed in a very professional, quick & workmanlike manner. There were other minor problems like very very extended delivery of 2 windows with semi circular tops but overall I am very pleased with the outcome..The quality of the windows exceeded my expectations. I would certainly recommend Perfecta.

Making good around the installation would have been better if discussion was entered into, specifically i would have liked a wider plastic strip to cover inevitable damage to plaster on the front door installation. And plastic strip where none was applied to the back door installation.
Appalling! Shoddy!
The door is great and the installation guys were good however, I had a problem with; the original door pane delivered without the hole cut for the cat flap as noted on the order, the second pane had a hole cut that was the incorrect size, the third pane had a couple of noticeable imperfections and I had to wait nearly a month for the final pane. I�ve had to chase, had correspondence addressed to �Mr� Lincoln several times, even after pointing the error out and have yet to receive any real apology for all the errors.
Perfecta Windows were ok but their sister company for contact post installation is poor.
Too much on contract where supply accuracy appears to be compromised. Glass was wrong size and needed a wood insert until correct size was fitted. Door seal was damaged but was eventually replaced. Have been a customer for 20 years and this has never occurred before.
Good price and product, fitting was quick and hardly any mess.

Am still waiting for the job to be completed – shoddy mastic has been rectified, but a replacement handle needs to be fitted – the original was damaged, and a length of cladding also needs fitting- apparently omitted because the fitter was not told he had to install it.
The window fitter was really good worker. He was polite and respectful at all times.
Unfortunate time delay between ordering and purchase. No doubt caused by effects of pandemic.Not too happy about having to download and print documents. Lucky I have a printer. If not, what happens?
We are delighted with our new door and will have no hesitation in recommending Perfecta in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
Initial contact, Salesman attendance and survey ( payments made) within 4 weeks. After that no contact for 4 months. Had to phone them to find when can be expected. Told would be in about 6 Weeks, again no contact. Phoned again and finally got installation date which was delayed a week due fitter getting Covid (unforeseeable) finally Patio door fitted. Excellent Work and seems good quality, paid fitter final. payment by cheque. The only time they phoned me was a week later wanting their money, fitter hadn�t been in office!,
I WOULD LIKE THE JOB COMPLETED IF IT IS POSSIBLE. SOONER RATHER THAN LATER.
Barry, who came to make the adjustments to the newish door, did an excellent job, spent a few minutes patiently listening to and adjusting the lock. The result is that I can now leave the house confident that the door will lock whereas since the door was put in I have never been sure whether I would have to leave it unlocked or not go out.

I’ve used Perfecta once before. They are always polite and helpful. They were on time on the due day and did the work efficiently as far as I can tell. So far, I am very pleased.
Very poor communication. We had to keep contacting them to ask about timescales etc. Rarely responded to emails or messages left on phone. Blamed Covid and or Brexit when challenged. Finally we complained to head office. Still no apology from Holly at Perfecta. Managed to bill us for the final payment though the day they finally fitted the windows.

Badly fitted door, 12mm out of true. Now passed on to Brittania windows, told by them the door and window by the side wants to be taken out and refitted. Showed perfecta fitter, his comments were nothing to do with me.

I would recommend the retailer was more honest re installation wait times, in order to avoid customer being disappointed and communication every few weeks would have been great, however, consultation, installation, products and aftercare are brilliant and I would use the company again in the future.
