Maybe starting earlier than 10-10:30 and finishing a bit later in the day (5:00 for example), the job could of been complete in one day, causing less disruption.

Amazed at the quality of the job and how the walls around the door were not damaged at all. Really pleased with the job - surpassed my expectations.

The company covered all of our requirements regarding the window installation and French door repair.
The installation team kept as in the know as to what they were doing and asked us at each stage if there was anything we were unhappy with. They went above and beyond our expectations and we are very happy with the product quality work and the installation work.

We gave the workmanship standards a 9 rather than a 10 because there was an internal scratch on one of the windows. This was not the fitters fault but due to the manufacturing.

We've had to finish the install ourselves, given the fitter didn't fit a part.

The windows were left in a state, with even blood left on the frames!

Had several issues with both installation and product. Customer services were OK but took a number of months for issues to be resolved.

Everything was great from start to finish. We were well informed on the product we were buying. The process from requesting a quote to installation was very quick.
Everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful.

The job was originally quoted as 5 days and went on for just over 4 weeks. There was a lack of upfront communication explaining why things were delayed. Two units were cracked and the workmen never told us. We had to just find them after they left. When the workmen were delayed and I asked the installation team outright if the work would still be completed that day I was told yes. It did not get finished that day. The workmen even told me they didn't have all the materials for the job. The initial service for the quotation and survey was great but then from there the quality of the service just declined. The product is a great quality and the finish is good.

We are extremely pleased with the windows, the product, workmanship and the contractors who worked on site, they are a real credit to the business. The admin team have also been excellent in keeping us up to date with progress and accounts.

Left a mess on extension roof from window removal/ installation not a big deal but as I have osteoarthritis of the knees it’s not something I can do myself otherwise there work is excellent.

This is the same company we used for our front door in 2019 and it was the same fitter who installed the door this time for us. He is always polite and on time and we have always been happy with the installation

Initially I had a few concerns regarding the actual contract but Droylsden were very professional in responding and clarifying my doubts.
I my opinion the windows installation was carried out very fast and with good quality finish and their customer service and communication was excellent.

We had a problem with our first installation which meant having to have a second installation and repair work done. Droylsden made good on the work and also helped in other areas to make up for it which was great but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. The product is beautiful, it was let down by the installation.

The work was carried out professionally from first contact through to salesman, surveyor, office communication and installers. The proof of quality and reliability of the product will come in the years ahead.

Product suitability. Final window supplied is suitable. Wrong window initially installed. Correct replacement supplied and fitted speedily.

Took 10 months and 15 visits to complete the installation. All original panes were cracked and marked - they tried to apply GGF despite not being in legal contract T&Cs and the marks were visible from over 3m away and larger than GGF allowances regardless.
Left house in a complete state, detroyed soft furnishings with silicone, bodged the pvc trim, cracked window frames, gouged the beading, really messy outside sealant and left phlegm splattered over bathroom walls, sink and floor.
Consistently changed or cancelled appointments last minute.
Signed off work as complete to CERTASS with window keep missing. Messed up paperwork for CERTASS and insurance - had to be done in two parts. Absolutely disgraceful service.
