Mismeasurement of window

Whilst we did have several problems and lots of delays, much of it was due to covid impacting on both the contractors opportunity to do the work as well as significant delays by the manufacturer of the products.
It was VERY frustrating at times but I am reluctant to negatively score the job overall when so much was as a result of this pandemic.

The contractor was brilliant at every stage of this process, including working around the requirements of our disabled tenant and keeping us informed remotely as we were in Ireland at the time.

Good quality installation from a very amenable installer. I would strongly recommend Glass Master.

Rikki and the team did a great job. They were very professional in all aspects of their work, from the initial quote, through the installation, to follow-up. Their general standards of housekeeping, safety and politeness were also very high. We would use them again, and in fact we have already recommended them to one of our friends.
