There was a problem with the original fit (there was only a couple of mm clearance at the bottom of the door meaning a doormat would not have been possible), but to be fair they were very reasonable and refitted the door to give the clearance you would expect. It was just a shame that this wasn't foreseen during the initial fitting as it caused quite a lot of additional work and inconvenience.

Thank you for your feed back, The timing Targets were missed due to you paying your deposit later than requested so unfortunately the manufacturing slot was missed coupled with your builder wanting to change the spec half way through your wait time meant we had to order additional material adding extra time as the grey profile has a wait time to come from profile 22, we didn't charge you for the amendments even though it cost us a couple of hundred pounds in glass that was already toughened and made in to double glazed units, I believe you was happy with the end job Though, Many Thanks.

Poor communication at the purchase stage and this continued for more than 3 months before our door was finally fitted. ALWAYS get any agreement in writing with this company as they seem to have selective memory. Very happy with the door, would not use Copperfield windows again

Thank You for the feed back, We are very sorry you felt you had a bad experience with us, However we feel this feedback is a little unjust due to the fact the Contract was signed Just before the PM put the country in to lock down, The Company was closed for 8 weeks as clear instruction from The Government. ALL Customers was sent an Email or Called to clarify our position on Trading when Lock down was first Implemented.
From when the Contract was signed and door installed it was only 6 weeks (if you remove the lock down period at which point we Legally couldn't trade)

Very Happy with the completed work. Very professional and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

The guys who completed the work were amazing- tidy, efficient, friendly and knowledgable. But the process of trying to arrange the work was not smooth or easy at all. There was several times that my e-mails went unanswered or just ignored and the time between my initial enquiry and actually booking the work was several months rather than weeks.
I’m extremely happy with the overall result but the initial enquiry/booking/payment process was not good at all.
