They did an excellent job

Very professional installation. Clean and tidy too!

There was a problem with the original fit (there was only a couple of mm clearance at the bottom of the door meaning a doormat would not have been possible), but to be fair they were very reasonable and refitted the door to give the clearance you would expect. It was just a shame that this wasn’t foreseen during the initial fitting as it caused quite a lot of additional work and inconvenience.

The guys who completed the work were amazing- tidy, efficient, friendly and knowledgable. But the process of trying to arrange the work was not smooth or easy at all. There was several times that my e-mails went unanswered or just ignored and the time between my initial enquiry and actually booking the work was several months rather than weeks. I�m extremely happy with the overall result but the initial enquiry/booking/payment process was not good at all.
