We are satisfied with the product but installation did not run smoothly. There were problems with the patio door alignment which made it difficult to lock the door and at one stage the internal handle broke away from the frame which required refitting. It took three extra visits from Halesowen Windows to rectify these problems.We were not confident that foam filler had been used to seal gap between window frame and brickwork as daylight could be seen around the frames in places after final trims had been added on the outside.Work in some areas was untidy with dust sheets not being used properly leading to plaster dust being ground into carpets. Tools and equipment were placed on carpet and some leaning against furniture. Overall it was a stressful time for us.

We instructed Halesowen Windows with the manufacturing and installation on a property which is currently in probate and has a tenant living there. They were professional from start to finish, ensuring both the tenant and ourselves were kept up to date and happy with their works. The windows and doors provided are high quality and have already made a substantial difference for the tenant and the property. We will be continuing to use them in the future.
