Overall service good but let down by a couple of incidents and also had to keep chasing for updates and snagging. Communication of the last details has been poor.

Many faults with the new windows and doors, including chips, marks, scratches to frames and chips/scratches to windows. Late delivery meant that windows were installed whilst snowing, I am sure this did not help. But it is not clear what % is due to the contractor. Still awaiting review / resolution, so scores may improve if we receive a positive outcome. Customer service marked as 5 as all dealings with builder so we are not dealing directly with the contractor.

Fantatsic service, especially as the door was installed in the pouring rain. Installer arrived on time and left the property in a neat and tidy state.

Would recommend HQJ, our new patio doors look fantatsic and the team did a great job and worked really hard.

Front door sill was supplied with incorrect colour. Should have been checked prior as there was time prior to installation. Then sill end caps were missing so had to return twice to complete. Did not inconvenience us greatly but indicates the process could be improved. Nice thought on their part to supply us a small pot of touch-up paint

The Contractor was very good and we are very happy with the bifolds.

The fitters were helpful, friendly and efficient. The opening part of the window then seemed to stick after installation. After contacting the company, a senior fitter was booked for me, for an appointment the next working day. He arrived as promised, adjusted the opener and solved the problem. I was very pleased with the service I received, thank you.

Although one of the units ordered proved to be defective, the Company immediately dealt with the problem and installed the new unit very quickly. Good communication from the Company throughout the procedure.

Be mindful on how the edges around are finalised. We had descrepancies on who was finishing the installation of doors. Builders or window installers.

Initial design drawings with contract were incorrect and didn’t reflect what had been discussed during property survey. This was changed when requested but timescale for delivery and installation were not met. Quality of door is good.
