I have always rated HQJ at 10 over the past year as they are usually excellent in all respects.

This time I was a little disappointed after the installation of two windows to find that although the kitchen window was again excellent, the upstairs window was left dirty both inside and out.

Also, my newly decorated hallway was damaged during the installation with paint chipped off the wall half way up - although I had specifically shown the contractors the area and asked them to be careful. I wasn't informed of the damage at the time and discovered it just after HQJ had left.

Sometimes I have had to request receipts and confirmations to be provided so that I can keep my own accounting up to date during the sequence of works being carried out.

Very happy with the work done.

Jamie replace my room window , glass , window hinge all job look very good and tidiness. He has done great job throughout start to finish. In future I would really recommend to my friends and families about your window company.

Very good service indeed. When on the day after installation one of the catches was not working, they came out that same day and fixed it.

The fitters were helpful, friendly and efficient.

The opening part of the window then seemed to stick after installation. After contacting the company, a senior fitter was booked for me, for an appointment the next working day. He arrived as promised, adjusted the opener and solved the problem.

High Quality Joinery gave an easy to understand quote which was honoured. They turned up when promised, and worked hard to fit the bifold doors well.
When we had 2 or 3 "snagging" issues, they came and rectified them well.

I have used this firm since 1979 in my professional capacity and have had no problems with them. They are always carry out any work in a very capable manor, always working in a vey clean, polite and tidy way. If any problems do arise, which has only only happened twice, they are always very quick to return and correct it.
Working in my professional capacity, and the type of work I carry out, I use them because they are a local firm , if any problems arise, they are easily available to attend and rectify the problem. Would highly recommend them.

Be mindful on how the edges around are finalised. We had descrepancies on who was finishing the installation of doors. Builders or window installers.

High Quality Joinery have completed a number of projects for me in the past and I have always received the highest standards of service from them.

The customer support in the lead in period was poor, never calling me back. The product (door) is of a high standard.
