The only reason I have marked the contractor down was because of an issue with not turning up at the agreed date & time for a re-visit.

Matlock Glass have been utterly professional throughout the process from advice about which product to use, to pricing, patience while the client decided what to do, through to liaising with the occupier and installation.

We were very pleased with how they proceeded with the contract. They were pretty much to timetable and gave a strong feeling of knowing the job. They dealt very efficiently with any issues we raised.

We are extremely satisfied with the new window and also the expertise of the 2 fitters. We highly recommend Matlock Glass and only wish we had chosen them when we had the other windows installed by Stay Warm Windows in May 2019.They were Certass anthecite grey but we never received a certificate from them or yourselves!

Just to say from the time I placed my order to the time it was installed there was something like a 3 month gap without any word from the contractor as to any delay or a update on the situation.
