We went with Plum Kitchens following a visit by them where the design was scoped out which exceeded our expectations. Following us getting planning permission they started early June 2024 and completed September 2024. From start to finish the build was very well managed. Final snagging issues promptly fixed or addressed and we are very pleased with the build and quality of our new kitchen extension and kitchen.

It is so nice to find a company that does exactly as they promise.

From quotation visit to installation day the service was first class. The installation took longer than planned due to flaws caused by previous house owners work. Nothing was too much and everything was completed and area left clean and tidy.I have certainly noticed the difference having my new door.

We had 4 jobs completed by this company.2 jobs were carried out to high standard( garage back door/ window replacement/cladding)The other 2 jobs (replacement/ installation of French doors/ resealing a double glazed window )were poorly executed resulting in 2 return visits to rectify the issues.However we still had to pay another company to redo the front window seal despite paying Wood & Haynes.

We are very pleased with the products and had a few teething issues which they fixed, but they were very difficult to get hold of. Don�t respond to anything, didn�t confirm any appointments, just turned up when it suited them. The men who fitted the windows were great, their office planning and communication is poor.

Very high standard of workmanship, but very slow in execution. Replacing 6 windows in a terraced house took 5 days! The quote was 2-3 days.

so glad I went with a local contractor on the first day when the old concrete window ledge ‘s were removed we had 6 people here, then two people here carefully constructing our two bow windows, and went above and beyond to get an impressive finish never got the impression that they were under pressure to get it finished and move on.

This contractor does exactly what they say they are going to do for the price initially quoted. An excellent service backed up by a quick response to any problems that may occur during the guarantee period. I have now used them twice to install double glazing.

The fitter worked really hard and was polite and friendly.

The fitter went above and beyond to get the installation done as quickly as possible as darkness fell. He worked well over office hours as he tried to complete both door fittings in the day. Would recommend to everyone.

Damp proof was removed from wall before fitting bi folds. Now I have no damp protection across a span of 3500m. I was told this is normal that this is removed to prevent draughts. Hard to believe this if the damp proof is cemented down and the weight of the bi folds bearing down on wall.
