While I understand that businesses have operational schedules which are not easily altered, I felt that going ahead with the installations on the windward side of the bungalow on 18 December when strong winds and torrential rain were forecast was unwise. The fitters did a good job in very difficult and unpleasant conditions but inevitably there was extra clearing up to do because they were soaked to the skin. Apart from this comment I would recommend this contractor as in all the ratings above plus polite, helpful and friendly staff.

Turned up on time. Showed consideration for elderly householder. Pleasant people. Workmanship was good and we are pleased with the work.

Sometimes you make the right decisions in life and we have certainly done so on this occasion.  Every element of our choices for windows, front door and patio doors has significantly enhanced our property.  All the fitters were friendly, working with care to a high standard, unfazed by some challenges and often going the extra mile to get the fitting just right.  We would certainly recommend 21st Century without any hesitation.

This was a very big job for the contractor, which did go very well, there a few snags along the way, but company were very good at making sure everything was sorted for us and too a very high standard. We would recommend the company to other clients.

Two incorrect windows were sent on the first visit, but the fitter, Steve, was straight onto it and the correct ones arrived just about four weeks later for Colin to complete the installation. Both were very polite and cleaned up to a high standard after. Nick and Ben from the office were both very helpful throughout, as was Megan and Ian who did the initial survey.

We had 6 windows installed and they have all been great and what was needed, we did have a slight issue where one of the windows was mismeasured originally which delayed the install a few weeks but it wasn’t a big issue. One of the windows also had a crack in it but that was reordered and reinstalled without any question which was great.

Conservatory windows were reinstalled 3 times before acceptable as out of alignment. 2 panels were clear should have been smokey glass, were replaced, 2 frames cracked, were replaced. Other windows were satisfactory.

21CCW were able to take my vision and make it a reality.

21st Century built an excellent Conservatory for me in 2019 that’s why I decided to go with them again for new windows. It was a cock-up from start to finish and very disappointing the way I was messed around and absolutely no apology from the Management, until I mentioned it to one of them. I felt he was very condescending when I asked for a further reduction in the price (just �74.00 discount after the hassle I`d been through). Every problem blamed on the Manufacturer, not 21st Century`s fault!

Fitters were courteous, polite, on time and helpful.21st Century sales and surveyor need some improvement regarding customer service. Surveyor- we had to make a second appointment as they couldn�t find the house, but we were not aware until we contacted 21st Century! Sales/customer service – no proactive information given on fitting date. We as the customer had to make a number of calls to 21st Century to establish the date for fitting.
