Responsive to emails, friendly, and work was completed to a high standard.

No further comments to add on contractor.re product suitability, cannot comment at this stage as weather not cold enough to judge thermal quality. Living near a very busy main road I don’t find that the product reduces noise levels as much as i had expected.

Good attention to detail – would not accept poor manufacturing details from the supplier. Insisted the manufacturer attended to complete the installation.

Although there where problems with supply from manufacturer we were kept upto date at all times.

He fitted a door for me it was scratched, it was the wrong handle and wrong pattern on the glass, after taking my front door off to fit the new one , I told him it was the wrong handle and glass, he said i will have to put this door for now and said I will sort it out for you, I know I had to wait because of the lockdown but now we have been back to normal for 4 weeks, I have phoned him and emailed but he ignores me, I have all the emails if you would like proof, I only used him as he was registered with you, could you please let me know what I can do about it, I think he should be taken off your list.I will be contacting the advice bureau to see who is responsible for this.
