Door was installed beginning of August, I have only just received a link to the warranty end of November. I have repeatedly chased for this. The door was installed with a broken bracket over the hinge. I highlighted this when the door was installed, was told to email the office and they would order a new one and install it. It has been 4 months and I am still waiting for it to be replaced.

The fitter from Holtye Windows are friendly and professional as are the office staff. Had a small issue with the front door lock but this was resolved quickly.

Efficient working, courteous and tidy workmen. Happy with how fast they did the job from quote to completion.Only downside is some of the colour film on the frames are chipped/scuffed from installation and some walls around the windows chipped, but I understand nothing can ever be perfect so I didn�t bother mentioning it.

There were a number of scratched and marked glass units found on installation and the contractor arranged with their supplier prompt replacement and reinstallation.

Excellent workers, tidy and efficient. Would just have liked the brickwork finished off where it had to be removed to take out the old windows. We now have to try and colour match the cement to the brick. Also still waiting for the lighting to be completed under the soffit.

The contractor was positive & open about all aspects of the product, design & installation, giving high confidence in making the purchase, with a very competitive price. There were a couple of manufacturing issues which meant that the installation took place in two visits about 4 weeks apart. The first install was 100% on all fronts with expert, willing & tidy installers. The final install left some minor snags which were promptly & professionally dealt with by the contractor who I would highly recommend.

Really impressed with the work. The windows and doors have transformed the house. The guys were really friendly and clean and tidy. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommend.

The replacement of 10 windows took a total of 1 year to complete. Workmanship was poor and had to be redone more than once. General customer service was poor as we had to chase for anything to be done. Contractor consistently let us down with timings. Invoicing was incorrect, but eventually we came to an agreement to close the project.

The guy who came to give us a price and measure up was very good answered all my questions and very spot on. And the installer or fitter was excellent I gave him a tenner tip, very neat work.

Response times on queries, especially with a window which has a blown glazing unit.

Excellent service received from Thomas Attrell at Holtye Windows. Following his visit to us to discuss our requirements and offer advice where needed; measurements were taken and an Estimate received the next day, which we accepted straight away. We were made aware when the windows had been ordered and when we could expect fitting to commence. Fitting date adhered to. During and on completion of the window fitting we were called regularly to ensure we were happy with work being done.

Good company, very professional team but the communication outside of the actual install let them down. Especially as the french doors were too small when they came to fit them, I was told they would be back the next week and then had to chase after 2 weeks for an installation date.

Great company, nice to work with decent honest builders who do what they say they will.

They are nice people and I am happy with the windows and doors, however my front door didnt have end caps. I advised the main manager who said they were on route from the supplier. After continuous chasing, I eventually got them just under 2 months later. It was annoying. I felt as though the customer service was there right up to when I paid but after that, not as much care. Lin on reception did endeavor to sort the problem out as quickly as she could so I don’t have a problem with her, but if they were just put on in the first place it would have saved me a lot of grief.

Holtye completed the jobs to a high standard. Initially we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted to do and they were able to explain the options clearly and requote according to our requests. They were able to arrange for us to see examples of similar work, including work in progress, which we found helpful.

Absolutely brilliant company and service

All windows and doors were fitted to an excellent standard of workmanship. A minor problem due to the manufacturer’s error was resolved by Holtye Windows in a quick and professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Holtye Windows in the future.

Very good company to deal with, good price and efficient install all done with the minimum of mess.Fitters were good guys and arrived on time.

Over all windows fitted well we have some unresolved issues outstanding, once these are completed we will ne happy.
