The whole job of fitting six windows and one set of french doors was completed over two days, as promised. The two fitters worked hard and were obviously very experienced and also very nice individuals. As customers, we are exceptionally pleased with the end result. The fact that the lock barrel on one of the doors failed after only a few days is absolutely no fault of the installers – they have promised to quickly rectify the problem. Our overall score is 10 out of 10.

They did an excellent job of installing upvc windows and a door. Tidied up after themselves, removed waste. Excellent internal finish meant no internal redecorating was required.

Left the job rather untidy with bits of debris and packaging in my rear garden below where the windows were replaced. Not very happy with the finish inside, with expanding foam left on the window frame that we needed to clean up

Everything was quick and to the point including installation. Everything was kept tidy while the installation took place and there was no sales pressure at all. I lead all the contact and they were available to speak to whenever I rang.

We have used Carousel Windows many times and have always had excellent service from them . We highly recommend them. Apart from excellent workmanship they are extremely reliable – when they say they are coming, they do. In our experience, with other trades, this rarely happens .

Initial contact was excellent . Sadly the employees who were given the work did not live up to their employer. Work was at first non acceptable, On their return (and probably after a reprimand by their boss, as they behaved like naughty boys (!)) the. work was completed satisfactorily

The installation has made an incredible difference to our home, i.e. no longer literally suffering rain and wind coming into our living room and having removed the original wooden window frames, shares in Polyfiller have gone down by approx. 50%! The fitters were both professional and polite and we would have no reticence in recommending this Company to anyone.
