Inside Window sills would of been great however we’re advised that they don’t do this.

Admin staff. Survey and quote all excellent. On installation date, workmen arrived on time, polite and kept tidy. Professionals needed prompting to use correct mm trim/spacers as they tried to use old incompete trim peices of 15mm leaving a >10mm gap due to having none available in the van. This was corrected with little pressure by management team dropping off the correct spacers. Overall, happy with the service and the product looks as expected. Advise would be to come prepared with all necessary trims and do not take short cuts. Many thanks for the service and will use again.

Did not removing the door bell, brought his microwave into my property to cook his dinner, poor English speaking, had to come back out to rectify faults. Left without saying work was completed. Didn’t turn up on the arranged day.The job was ok though

After seeking quotes from 20-30 glaziers in the birmingham area and receiving such poor service, Ali from A K Windows was professional , quick, easy to contact and provided a fair and reasonable quote. Method statements and risk assessments that most other companies were unable to provide were done swiftly and once windows were authorised, work carried out within 4-6 weeks. Windows fitted to great standard. Only negative was a little bit of mortar missing from brickwork above the window that I filled myself as luckily still had scaffolding. Would highly recommend for a no nonsense quick and professional window installation at a very good price.
