From start to finish, we received excellent communication from the contractor. The men who installed the doors were professional, polite, informative and kept the area clean.

The installation was done in a very careful conscience way and the company has been very helpful.

i am waiting for an issue to be resolved, but only notified them today ans so i expect it will be the new year before i get a resolution.

The door was fitted with a wonky letterbox, and the window let in water, these two issues could have been dealt with at the time of the installation, rather than the customer having to contact the installer later. After less than a week, two screws sheared off the locking mechanism, jamming the door shut. All of the issues were probably from the factory.

We are really delighted with our new window/door, it has made a big difference to our room. The whole process of getting the installation was done in a professional manner but at the same time very friendly and helpful. The ordering was simple and they came in the timeframe that was quoted at the time of ordering. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Lee and Ben the fitters are a credit to the company.
