Renew SW Ltd is a “Truly Local” business established in 2011 and is built upon the foundation of over 40 years of combined experience in the home improvements industry. In our 9 years of trading, we have enjoyed significant growth in supplying and installing top-quality Windows, Doors, Porches, Conservatories, Fascia, Balustrading and Solar PV systems in a variety of properties, throughout Holsworthy, Bude, Hartland, Launceston, Bideford, Okehampton and surrounding areas in North Devon.
Based on the Industrial Estate in Holsworthy, Devon; we have built an excellent reputation based on the quality of our products, our high standards of workmanship and our excellent customer service.

Very good information all through the buying process. The installers worked well keeping the area tidy and installing (to my eye) very well.
When we discovered the outward opening door to the back garden was not wide enough by a few inches, Renew came promptly to fix it. That is what I call good customer service.
Very pleased with the work done , the fitters were very pleasant and thorough in their work and left everywhere clean and tidy every day . We will be having them back in the future to replace the back windows .

It false to say that everything is cover by insurance when hinge & locks are not covered.

i am waiting for an issue to be resolved, but only notified them today ans so i expect it will be the new year before i get a resolution.
The door was fitted with a wonky letterbox, and the window let in water, these two issues could have been dealt with at the time of the installation, rather than the customer having to contact the installer later. After less than a week, two screws sheared off the locking mechanism, jamming the door shut. All of the issues were probably from the factory.
Efficient, tidy, communicative, helpful, friendly. Goes the extra mile.
