Very happy from start to finish. All stages explained if asked and minimal disruption wherever possible.. Excellent!

This contractor has yet to supply us with the promised 10 year guarantee. We have had to chase for this Certass certificate on around six occasions, each phone call promised to 'get it sorted, sorry about that'. Most disconcerting. Guarantee still not arrived 24/5/23 following February 15th installation!

Found the company lacking in communication which required me to chase them most of the time to understand what was happening. I was recommended just double glazing despite living close to a main road and advised it will be much better than the windows I previously had for noise. I regret not getting triple glazing or acoustic double as the road noise is a lot louder now than it was before.

Excellent products. Excellent installation.

Follow up on issues with some products was poor. Communication is terrible (they never answer the phone, we asked for other quotes and it took months of chasing but they never came). Certificate was only issued when pressed to do so.

Friendly and competent on site but very poor communication.

The company was difficult to contact. They didn't let me know there would be delays.

The installation was appalling. There were 6 month long delays and the manager was rude.

The tape on the outside of the windows upvc was all left on

End product was good but they did not always come / phone when they said they would
