A great team with excellent communication.We were not happy with finish of the letter box and handle surround, but APT windows have agreed to replace which is what you call customer service.

We have already recommended them to another client where they have just received there instruction to go ahead which says it all.

three bed house with a large conservatory needed replacement windows, a new front door and a new conservatory roof. All works were completed within a week with no fuss or mess. Old windows were disposed of and I’m very pleased with the price and workmanship.

I would have appreciated it if the contractor had kept me better informed via email or ‘phone. I had to chase both progress of my acceptance Order and Installation on numerous occassions.

The two men who fitted the windows were courteous and polite, and very quick. We were very pleased with the 3 windows that fitted. They also cleared up completely when they were leaving the property.We would definitely use this company again.

Had lots of work done by this contractor and always been reliable professional and quality workmanship.

I only got the work done after 7 months and only after getting cab involved and issuing them with a letter stating i would be taking them to court. Owner very rude and never replied to emails. Kept saying they would do the work then never turn up.

Very polite, and thorough in the work, ensuring cleanliness afterwards as well.
