my first experience with Yorkshire Conservatries, i would recommend to anyone, from start to finish, they were very professional, could not find any fault from customer service to surveyor, to being measured for fitting and the time frame this was completed in.

The weather board I asked for was not the correct one (chrome is the one I ordered and chartwell green was the one that came on the door) but I liked the one that came so I kept it. I did inform them of this and they were very cooperative in saying they would get someone out to change it. I did explain I only phoned them to let them know in case I needed to use the workmanship guarantee and things were not as specified in my order.

Absolutely outstanding service. Polite, cheerful under extreme circumstances (fitting conservatory windows in temperatures in excess of 25 degrees) explained everything we needed to know. Cannot recommend Yorkshire conservatories highly enough.

Great work undertaken although it did take a long time to complete due to a variety of reasons. More updating about times etc would help with timekeeping so we, as customers, were fully updated in a timely manner otherwise a great job done. I would recommend this company to my friends/family

Windows and door fitted to a high standerd

The sales women are very helpful, but I'm not happy the quality of the handle as it feels loose and will not last the length of time it should, but we are currently waiting for a service man to come and assess this which they have cancelled once.
I hope this will be sorted because I really love the door and I've had plenty of comments over it too,
I also what to add that the fitter was brill and I cannot fault his work. I am just concerned about the handles as it feels cheap

The work was done as requested orangery is amazing. There was just a delay on the door however this was due to manufacturers of the glass not the contractor.

This is the second time we have used this contractor, the first time for 2 external doors. On both occasions the service was excellent, They were on time, got straight on with the job and left no mess.

Delighted with our new windows ,doors and Orangery ,friendly approachable workforce ,excellent workmanship ,only complaint was Orangery took longer to complete than we expected due to nature of construction .Overall very pleased with result.
