The fitters were good skilled tradesmen and did a professional job of trimming out the new windows. I suppose the slight damage to the top lintels is almost inevitable with ancient, and very fragile, sand and lime construction. Overall, a very competent job.

Value for money, but small issues with two changes to original order through lack of materials and no final acknowledgement of final payment.

The job ran quite late, largely due to covid related supply delays, also a factory move, and then some damaged glass that had to be replaced, but the end result was excellent and I would recommend Prism to others. In addition, the sales process was good and not at all pushy, and the overall value for money was competitive. Communications could sometimes have been better but this may also have been due to covid related issues.
