Very pleased with fitting of both the 14 windows (whole house) and front and rear doors. The finishing work,siliconing in after fitting the windows and doors was excellent. The window frames manufactured by Prism were spot on. Team of 3 took 2 days to complete the works, cleaned up as they went and took away all of the old windows and doors, even fitted my new rear door cat flap for me. Very pleased and so glad that I eventually went with Prism.

The fitters were good skilled tradesmen and did a professional job of trimming out the new windows. I suppose the slight damage to the top lintels is almost inevitable with ancient, and very fragile, sand and lime construction. Overall, a very competent job.

Right from the start with the quotation, no pressure and a very fair and competitive price. Very efficient, friendly guys. All very polite, tidy and mindful of my paintwork, carpets etc. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone I hear wanting to do door or window replacements.

After three installations we have a good measure of what good looks like from this business. The last installer (Sam) was by far the most knowledgeable and tidy with no broken glass to find and clean after the installation.

Chasing for install dates is bizarre and having to remind the business about items is not a great customer experience. Ironically communication the day after an install for payment and chasing within 24 hours just highlights the actual focus of the team.

The product is very good and on that basis I would recommend Prism Windows (and have done so) with caveats around communication and checking for glass debris after an install. Also, ensuring the product sizes match before any old windows are removed and replaced.

Value for money, but small issues with two changes to original order through lack of materials and no final acknowledgement of final payment.

The job ran quite late, largely due to covid related supply delays, also a factory move, and then some damaged glass that had to be replaced, but the end result was excellent and I would recommend Prism to others. In addition, the sales process was good and not at all pushy, and the overall value for money was competitive. Communications could sometimes have been better but this may also have been due to covid related issues.
